The University of Sopron, the BOKU University (Vienna) in conjunction with COST Action FP1407 - ModWoodLife and FATE (Wodd Science Association - Hungary) are pleased to announce the call for abstracts for the 8th HARDWOOD CONFERENCE with the special focus on:

"New aspects of hardwood utilization - From science to technology"

The organizing committee of the 8th Hardwood Conference would be pleased to receive high quality abstracts on all subjects concerned with hardwoods. The conference will feature key-note speakers, technical and poster presentations on various topics with special emphasis on hardwoods, including:

Submission of abstracts

Abstracts should be submitted by email to the local organizers hardwood@woodscience.hu by no later than 1st of June 2018. Abstracts must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx ONLY). The official language of the conference will be English.
